|   IL-4 简介

 

白细胞介素4(IL-4)是一种多效应细胞因子,主要由嗜碱性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、肥大细胞和Th2细胞等多种细胞分泌,在许多细胞中均能够发挥免疫调节功能。IL-4作为B细胞的激活因子,其能够调解B细胞表面免疫球蛋白的分型转换,尤其是IgG和IgE之间的转换。IL-4还能够调控前体辅助T细胞向Th2亚型分化。IL-4与TNF-α协同作用能够诱导血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞表面VCAM-1的表达,从而选择性招募嗜酸性粒细胞和淋巴细胞到达炎症部位。同时,IL-4还能下调IL-1,TNF-α和PGE2等炎症因子的产生。此外,IL-4在体内外均表现出了一定的抗肿瘤活性。IL-4其特点是其细胞因子分泌情况包括分泌IL-4、IL-5、IL-6、IL-10和IL-13,有利于体液免疫反应。白细胞介素4(IL-4)是约18-20kDa的单体细胞因子。
