|   IL-17 简介

 

白细胞介素17(IL-17),又称CTLA-8,是一种T细胞表达的多态性细胞因子,与疱疹病毒Saimiri的ORF13基因编码的蛋白质有高度的同源性。编码IL-17的cDNA克隆已从活化的大鼠、小鼠和人类T细胞中分离出来。最近已经克隆了一个IL-17特异性小鼠细胞表面受体(IL-17 R)。虽然IL-17 mRNA的表达仅限于活化的T细胞,但几乎在所有测试的细胞和组织中都检测到mIL-17 R mRNA的表达。IL-17在各种细胞上表现出多种生物活性,包括诱导成纤维细胞产生IL-6和IL-8,增强成纤维细胞中ICAM-1的表面表达,激活NF-κB和对T细胞增殖进行成本刺激。
